LINGUINE ALLA VONGOLE

I have tried the Linguine Alla Vongole at a Local fish restaurant. Pescheria Azzurra via Portamedina within the middle of the most authentic chaotic Napoli neighbourhood. Don’t tell me you never tried this classic. It is a lightly flavorful finger licking pasta infused with garlic, fresh briny clams, white wine and chilli flakes. Absolutly mouth-watering pasta Dish. 

Crowded with locals, you can enjoy the view at a buzzing fish market while sitting at the table. The menu is short but it has everything you need The restaurant is Cheap, quick service definitely recommends to all !!

LINGUINE ALLA FRUITTI DE MARE

Literally translated, Frutti di mare means fruit of the sea. A dish of seafood with freshly made linguine. Linguine is a type of pasta similar to fettuccine flat, but narrow like spaghetti. The rest of the ingredients for this marvellous dish are simply fresh seafood with a bit of olive oil, white wine, Pomodorino del Piennolo, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
